A half of a beef is $1750.  What you pay when you order is just the non-refundable deposit. 
 
If you’re looking for half of all the cuts this is the way to go.  Perfect for the family. Minimum 9 cubic feet of freezer will be required.  Once a deposit is paid we will send you a cut sheet for your order and discuss with you, your pick up date.  A non-refundable deposit is required of 700 a month before processing.  Final payment is due at time of pick up.  Current processing date is May 9th 2025.
