★ Sampler Pack (Great first time)
A Sampler Pack is a great way for first timers to try out our delicious grassfed beef.  It includes all the typical cuts you want to enjoy like steaks and roasts, and ground beef.  While the package weight is different for each animal, the average sampler packaged size 15 pounds  

• Recommended for smaller families with 1-2 adults, 1 child

• Each cut is individually wrapped, except some of the steaks which generally come 2 per pack

• Includes typically 1 Roast, 1 pckg NY Strip, 5-2lb pckgs Hamburger

• Sampler pack costs $110  

★BBQ Package
The BBQ includes a few more types of cuts than an 1/8. Its a great value that gives you all the BBQ beef standards like steaks, Shishkabobs and our great hamburger.  This BBQ package weights averaging around 20lbs.  

• Recommended for families with 1-2 adults and a kid or two

• Each cut is individually wrapped, except steaks which generally come 2 per pack

• Includes 2 pckgs NY Strip Steak, 2 pckgs Sirloin Steaks, 2 pckgs Ribeyes, 1 pckg Shishkabobs, 1 pckg Fajita, 6 2lb pckgs hamburger.

• BBQ Pckg costs $160   

★Family of 4 Package
Family Package customers enjoy the best value and the biggest variety of cuts.  While the weight varies by animal, the family package we have is  approx. 30lbs.

• Recommended for families with 2 adults and 1-2 kids

• Includes 1 Roast, 2 pckgs stew meat, 2 pckgs sirlion, 11-2lb pckgs hamburger

• Family Package is $220.  

★ Whole Beef
If beef is what’s for dinner at your house then this is for you!  Many of our customers select a whole beef every year, whether its all for them, like we do in our family, or they are splitting it with another family, the whole beef is your very best value.  Its our lowest price per pound package and it gives you complete control over what you want in your beef package. You get custom cutting automatically included with your beef package.  We work with you hand in hand to help you decide what cuts you want and how you want them packaged.  While the weight varies by animal, the whole  would be approx 620lbs Hanging Weight.  Take home approx 378lbs. 

• Recommended for families with 2 adults and hungry kids, 

• Will take up 25% all of a large upright freezer (20 cu.ft.)

• Custom Cut to your specifications

• Whole beef costs with butcher's fees $3,200. A lot cheaper than a grocery store

• Whole beef orders require an $1000 non-refundable deposit to secure your order.
