A quarter of beef gives you the option of picking which cuts you like the most and just getting the cuts you want. You will have the choice of front or back.  Minimum 4-5 cubic feet of freezer will be required.  Once a deposit is paid we will send you a cut sheet for your order and discuss with you, your pick up date.  A non-refundable deposit is required of $200 a month before processing.  Final payment due upon pick up.  Current processing date is November 15th.
